Commercial Client Development Manager

Role Overview:
Massenhove Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Client Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, while developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, independent insurance advice and support to clients.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive insurance programmes for clients.
- Negotiate with insurers to provide clients with value for their premium.
- Identify and develop opportunities for both new and existing clients, with the support of our marketing team where needed.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products and current sector conditions.
- Monitor and report on performance against agreed targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience and knowledge from working in the commercial insurance space.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Basic computer literacy & numeracy skills.
- Ability to work to set targets and objectives.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive.
What we Offer:
- Your starting salary will be dependent on your previous experience and any qualifications you may have (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum).
