Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our young pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to our EYFS pupils.
  • Assist in planning and preparing engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to identify and address any learning gaps or areas of concern.
  • Provide individualized support to pupils who require additional help, working closely with the class teacher to develop targeted interventions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in working with young children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues, parents, and pupils.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a thorough understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
