About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at Capita Intelligent Communications. As a key member of our Inbound Development Team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and test integrated solutions using various Capture software and Microsoft technologies
  • Design and implement software, scripts, programs, extensions, and integrations using C#.net and related languages and technologies
  • Collaborate with team members on multi-person projects, conducting quality reviews and sharing knowledge
  • Provide on-going support to CIC operations, ensuring seamless system performance and functionality
  • Contribute to new projects and continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in software development
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in C#.net and related languages and technologies
  • Experience with Capture software and Microsoft technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and stakeholders
