Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a key member of the Change Processing Team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective, safe, and stable change management techniques are incorporated into all business processes/toolsets.

This is a vital role in maintaining Design intent, product delivery, schedule, and cost within the production floorplate. You will work closely with multi-level stakeholders throughout the organisation to drive successful implementation of changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management/config control, planning, and working knowledge of TeamCenter & SAP. A trade background, electrical/man eng, pipework, engineering trades, or equivalent experience is also essential.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role, along with a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and data.
  • Broad manufacturing and installation knowledge/experience, preferably in heavy Engineering projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Trade background, electrical/man eng, pipework, engineering trades.
