Job Overview

Job Title: Production Planning Professional

Location: Barrow-in-Furness, offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Estimated Salary: £35,802 - £50,000 per annum, depending on skills & experience.

About the Role:

  • Deliver intermediate project reporting and scheduling expertise.
  • Develop and own engineering plans to meet demand requirements.
  • Track activities against project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to update plans and manage expectations effectively.
  • Provide resolutions for routine and basic problems, driving continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a Planning role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficient use of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, with knowledge of other project management tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
