Nuclear Safety Case Lead

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Nuclear Safety Case Lead to join our team in Barrow-In-Furness.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the site Safety Case team, providing expert input on the Site Safety Case and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytical methods to provide input on the Site Safety Case.
  • Lead the site Safety Case team to ensure effective safety case structure.
  • Liaise with internal and external safety authorities.
  • Participate in safety and nuclear regulation meetings.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience.
  • UK nuclear legislation expertise.

Salary & Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £78,000-£83,000 per annum.
  • 37 hours per week.
