Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing M&E installations at our sites, ensuring they meet the highest standards and comply with CDM regulations.

The role involves working on the Severn Trent Delivery Frameworks, overseeing water industry construction and engineering projects. Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing M&E sites, particularly in a civil or utilities environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage M&E installations according to Bridges Health & Safety protocols
  • Ensure all items are installed to the highest quality standards
  • Adhere to and promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment process
  • Demonstrate and promote the Bridges' values in interactions with colleagues, staff, customers, and clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing M&E sites
  • Background in a civil or utilities environment
  • A valid site health and safety card
  • SMSTS certification
  • An appropriate trade certificate/qualification
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • A fit-for-work medical certificate
Desirable Qualifications

  • IPAF, PASMA, confined space training
