Job Title: M&E Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with our company's health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage M&E installations to the highest standards
  • Ensure full CDM compliance across our sites
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our site teams
  • Monitor and report on site progress and performance
  • Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing M&E sites
  • Experience in a civil or utilities environment
  • Site health and safety card
  • SMSTS certification
  • Appropriate trade certificate or qualification
  • Excellent client management and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Black Card CSCS
  • Water industry experience
  • EUSR certification
  • IPAF, PASMA, confined space training
