Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Specialist to join our team at Portico. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register parcels and packages on our system
  • Arrange and store parcels and packages in designated areas
  • Deliver or assist with the delivery of large/heavy packages to residents
  • Hand over parcels and packages to residents at the concierge desk
  • Release emergency keys according to procedures
  • Carry out meter readings at the request of residents
  • Make reservations for property facilities, including meeting rooms and parking

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle manual handling and lifting
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
