**Our Team**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the production of temporary works design deliverables, including calculations and drawings. You will also have a responsibility to mentor and guide other team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement design solutions for complex engineering projects
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of industry experience in civil engineering design
  • Professional qualification to Incorporated or Chartered Status with ICE, IStructE, or similar
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
