Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our physiotherapy team, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation of patients, providing exceptional support and care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, working closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and lead rehabilitation groups, including the ESCAPE pain programme.
- Collaborate with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate records and stock levels of equipment.
- Undertake ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with clinical best practices.
- Relevant healthcare qualification, such as NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy healthcare environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with healthcare software.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient care.
