Wine Service Opportunity at Mark's Club

We are seeking a skilled Sommelier to join our team at Mark's Club, a prestigious private members' dining club in Mayfair.

As a Sommelier, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional wine service to our discerning members. Your responsibilities will include replenishing our extensive wine cellar, refilling ice buckets, and ensuring wine glasses are always ready for service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant or private members' club as a Junior Sommelier or Waiter
  • A keen interest in wine and a desire to develop your knowledge and skills
  • Excellent team player with great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Possession of a WSET qualification

Mark's Club is a serene and elegant private members' dining club, offering a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Our club serves award-winning cuisine and an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines, and cigars. We are re-launching at the end of September after an 8-month refurbishment.
