About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Client Coordinator to join our business development team at Blue Legal in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating pitch opportunities using our proprietary tools to ensure we are well-positioned to secure new clients.
  • Developing a winning pitch strategy that highlights our unique value proposition and showcases our expertise.
  • Scoping the pitch opportunity to understand client needs and ensuring our proposal meets their requirements.
  • Involving subject matter experts, such as our pricing team, to develop a compelling proposition that resonates with clients.
  • Creating engaging and focused pitch content that highlights our capabilities and exceeds client expectations.
  • Coordinating input from contributors to ensure it is tailored, relevant, and effective in showcasing our expertise.
  • Leading presentation rehearsals and offering advice to enhance our pitching skills and ensure success.
  • Sharing best practice pitch techniques with Marketing & BD colleagues to improve our overall performance and drive growth.
  • Taking ownership of additional projects that support the pitch team's priorities and drive results.
Requirements
  • Negotiation and influencing skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving outcomes.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a high level of proficiency.
  • Beneficial experience with InterAction/CRM systems to streamline our workflow and drive efficiency.
Salary

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
