Job Title: Night Residential Concierge

Job Summary:

The Night Residential Concierge is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a Professional Presence: Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Key Access and Administration: Handle resident keys, manage on-site bookings, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and Report Issues: Conduct site walk rounds, identify faults, and report to the development manager and relevant contractors.
  • Support Emergency Situations: Assist staff, residents, and visitors in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in front-of-house concierge and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and able to build relationships with diverse customers and clients.
  • Administrative Skills: Efficient in maintaining electronic records and administration.
  • Health and Safety: Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and ability to work safely.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Working Hours and Salary:

4 days on, 4 days off - 38.5 hours per week. Salary: £26,330.
