Dove & Hawk is partnering with a high-end residential Property Management firm in Central London to fill a full-time, permanent Relief Porter/Concierge position. This role is ideal for an experienced Concierge looking to join a business that invests and promotes from within.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet residents and their guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attend to residents' and visitors' needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Perform various tasks, including opening doors, carrying parcels, and assisting with daily administration.
  • Conduct regular building checks, report any Health and Safety concerns, and maintain records.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and management via email and phone.
Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years' experience working as a Residential Concierge or in Hospitality as a Porter.
  • Flexibility to cover 35 hours per week over multiple Central London sites.
  • Passion for customer service and excellent communication skills.
  • Good level of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Salary and Benefits: £29,400pa, IOSH, Mental Health & First Aid Training funded.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week on shift patterns, covering holiday and absences given 1 month in advance.
