About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As a Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home, providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care and support are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring that their rights, dignity, and well-being are respected and promoted.
  • Managing the care home's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, ensuring that we provide a high-quality service that meets their needs and expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in care management, with experience of leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure that our care home meets all relevant requirements.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, with a focus on their individual needs and well-being.
