About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the care home team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Leading and managing a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensuring that the care home is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on maintaining a high standard of care and comfort for our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a care management role, with a strong understanding of care standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on resident-centered care.
