Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned Event & Sales Manager to lead our events strategy, delivering unforgettable food experiences that exceed client expectations. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee end-to-end event catering, manage event operations and logistics, and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event strategies to deliver exceptional food experiences.
  • Manage event operations, including logistics, health and safety, and vendor negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align event details and requirements.
  • Manage budgets and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency and improve operational performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Strong background in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Passion for the food and drink industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
