A dynamic and motivated individual is required to support the team at Rotherfield, a progressive mixed farming estate in the South Downs National Park.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase and sales invoices, coding and obtaining authorisation, management of utility bills, credit card management, and processing timesheets.

Key responsibilities will include:

Accounts:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices

• Coding and obtaining authorisation

• Management of utility bills

• Credit card management

• Processing timesheets

Office Admin:

• Main point of contact for office correspondence

• Management of the accounts and office inbox

The ideal candidate will have excellent aptitude for all things technical, proficient knowledge of MS Office, and a basic understanding of accounts. They will be self-motivated, happy to get involved in a variety of different tasks, and enjoy working as part of a friendly and motivated team in a rural environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to study for the AAT qualification, receive full on the job training, and participate in relevant training courses. They will also be part of a great team, with generous pension contributions and a salary of £18,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience.
