Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader who can coach and develop their team members to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying commercial opportunities within a sales-driven business and driving growth through effective management and coaching.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coaching colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and sell products that meet customer needs
  • Leading a highly engaged team, understanding individual strengths and development opportunities, and supporting personal development plans
  • Inspiring colleagues to put the customer first while driving sales and profit objectives
  • Creating excitement and engagement around new product launches

This is a challenging role that requires someone who is driven by finding ways to enhance store performance and sharing knowledge with the team. The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to lead a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers, and keen to learn about the latest technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business
  • Proven coaching skills and a passion for building team confidence and helping people grow their careers
  • A track record of identifying commercial opportunities and driving growth
  • Confidence in leading a team and being approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers
  • A willingness to learn about the latest technology
