Deputy Manager

Lifestyles Residential Services Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in guiding our team to deliver exceptional care and support to young people in our residential service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Registered Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care and working in line with minimum standards and children's home regulations.
- Work co-operatively with children's services, health agencies, and other community-based services to ensure the young people receive the most effective service and achieve their true potential.
- Take responsibility for complex cases and situations, working diligently as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve a high-quality, safe, and well-managed care and support service.
- Apply safeguarding and child protection procedures, ensuring full compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive staff supervision and work with the Registered Manager to ensure staff training is fully compliant and up-to-date.
- Support the Registered Manager in ensuring staffing and service level reports are comprehensive, high-quality, and accurate.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with behaviours of concern, such as verbal and physical aggression/absconding.
- Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
- Full clean UK driving license for 12 months.
- Northern Ireland Social Care Council registration and Enhanced Access NI.
