We are seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our team at Smestow Academy. In this role, you will support the educational needs of our pupils, including supervising and motivating them, providing feedback on their progress, and helping to develop and review pupil profiles and IEPs. You will also assist teachers with maintaining a constructive learning environment and supporting pupils during breaks, after-school activities, and out-of-school learning.
