We are seeking a highly skilled Client Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client money and fees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and allocate client money received promptly and accurately.
  2. Raise and collect fees due to the business in a timely manner.
  3. Process daily payments and support statements to landlords, suppliers, and tenants.
  4. Handle inbound queries via phone and email from landlords, tenants, suppliers, and branches in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Maximize the collection of rental and fee payments through communication with debtors.
  6. Administer tenancy records accurately at key milestones, including commencement, renewal, and termination.
  7. Maintain accurate records for all client accounting activity.
Requirements
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Strong customer service skills.
  3. Good technical knowledge of MS Office suite and experience using IT systems.
  4. Good analytical and numerical ability.
  5. Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to deadlines.
  6. Flexible approach to working under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  7. Ability to adapt well to changes in process.
