B2B Product Manager

You will lead the vision, strategy, and management of Kimberly Clark Distributor portals for our International markets, enabling our distributors to effectively partner and work with us. The role will own the development and experience of KCP's product in partnership with our DTS team and regional partners.
Responsibilities- Drive the product's vision, development roadmap, project intake with business/customer stakeholders, requirements scoping, and directing resources for major features projects and day-to-day minor request management.
- Manage the product through various stages of the product lifecycle, including project brief, concept, requirements scoping, UX, design, development, testing, deployment, and retrospectives.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on the product's performance and progress and digital initiatives status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing B2B portals, applications, or digital solutions.
- Related experience working in sales or marketing.
- A team player with high energy, self-motivated, and performance/results driven.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and is a creative problem solver.
- Experience interfacing with creative agencies/vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, effectively project management, and experience working in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM or Pardot.
- Experience with SAP, CRM (nice to have to understand the process).
About the Role
This role is responsible for leading product development activities through the full development process in partnership with regions and DTS, including gathering and refining priorities, building specifications and requirements based on business, leading UX/front-end requirements and back-end/functionality requirements, supporting testing process and defining acceptance criteria, defining key measurable outcomes and key KPIs across adoption, performance, and CX.
