We are looking for an experienced Disaster Response Officer to join our team at Tewkesbury Borough Council. As part of our Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting our emergency planning efforts. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £33,366 - £37,035 and will be employed on a full-time, fixed term contract for 2 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective emergency plans, working closely with the Local Resilience Forum and County Council Emergency Planning Team. This includes designing and developing playbooks for specific emergencies, conducting risk assessments, and identifying training needs.
