Our team is dedicated to providing world-class hospitality services, and we are now seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Coordinator to join our ranks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee learning and development strategies that drive operational improvement and increased professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement comprehensive training plans that meet business objectives.
  • To conduct regular training needs assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • To deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote cross-functional teamwork and achieve business goals.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on training and development.
  • A recognised qualification in Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful training programs that meet business objectives.

Working Arrangements:
  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening work as required.
  • Salary: £40,000 per annum, pro rata if part-time.

Benefits:
  • 20 days' holiday, plus 8 bank holidays per year (pro rata if part-time).
  • Guaranteed day off to celebrate your birthday (after 1 year's service).
  • Extra holiday allowance for length of service.
  • Company sick pay after a qualifying period.
