Liquid is seeking a Property Services Assistant to support our property management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties in London and Herts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to carry out repairs and maintenance works to company properties, including pest proofing, mould washes, void and communal bulk waste clearance.

You will also be responsible for providing a first-class responsive repairs and maintenance service, delivering general items of repair and maintenance in the interior and exterior of the building. This includes plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and other tasks as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to display a friendly, flexible, helpful, and courteous attitude to colleagues, residents, and the general public. A full driving license is required for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,558 per annum, plus a full benefits package.
