We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join our close-knit, friendly IT team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify IT training needs for all users across all offices and design and maintain all training materials, user guides, and training videos.
- Maintain and deliver the IT Induction programme for new starters and design and deliver a range of structured and ad hoc training opportunities.
- Provide advice and guidance to users at all levels across the business and contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies.
- Work with each department to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the use/adoption of technology.
- Knowledge/understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
