Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation and Complex Disability

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our client's team in Leatherhead, Surrey. As a Rehabilitation and Complex Disability Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to clients with complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary neuro-rehabilitation team to provide effective and efficient services.
- Set clients' short- and long-term goals, ensuring their rehabilitation journey is tailored to their needs.
- Assist with casting and splinting as required, promoting optimal client outcomes.
- Integrate and monitor treatment programmes in various environments, including therapy support and care staff settings.
- Stay updated on professional developments, ensuring your skills and knowledge are current and relevant.
- Supervise therapy support workers and instruct care teams on handling, transfers, splints, standing, and walking, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Ensure the safety and maintenance of equipment in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act.
- Participate in the key therapist/worker program to facilitate client rehabilitation and ensure safe discharge.
- Possess a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy with up-to-date HCPC registration.
- Hold post-graduate experience and knowledge of therapeutic interventions in physical and neuro-rehabilitation.
- Have relevant experience in dysphagia and communication and voice management.
- Demonstrate evidence of relevant post-graduate courses, CPD, and an up-to-date professional portfolio.
