Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Specialist Physiotherapist to join our client's rehabilitation service for clients with complex disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary neuro-rehabilitation team to deliver effective services.
  • Set clients' short- and long-term goals.
  • Assist with casting and splinting as needed.
  • Integrate and monitor treatment programmes in various environments.
  • Supervise therapy support workers and instruct care teams on handling, transfers, and equipment safety.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy with up-to-date HCPC registration.
  • Possess post-graduate experience and knowledge of therapeutic interventions in physical and neuro-rehabilitation.
  • Have relevant experience in dysphagia and communication and voice management.
  • Demonstrate evidence of relevant post-graduate courses, CPD, and an up-to-date professional portfolio.
