Research Manager

The Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford is seeking an exceptional Research Manager to join its team. As a key member of the World Wide Governance Experiments (WWHGE) team, you will work closely with the Academic Director and Senior Research Manager to develop a new science of implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include undertaking primary and secondary research, supporting the writing of high-impact research papers and policy products, and managing complex research projects. You will also lead engagements with Pillar 3 partners and contribute to the development of the WWHGE's research agenda.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for international development. You will have a Master's degree in a relevant subject and significant work experience in research management. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to work effectively with a diverse team of researchers, policymakers, and practitioners. You will be a self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to delivering high-quality research outputs.
