Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in managing our research portfolio and ensuring the efficient set up and management of research studies across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the procedures involved in the set up and delivery of research studies, including confirmation of capacity and capability, contract signature, Research Passports, Letters of Access, and Amendments.
  • Provide authoritative advice to investigators and ensure compliance with regulations and governance, including the Research Governance Framework, Good Clinical Practice, and related guidance.
  • Work in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and manage data collection for R&D Reporting and compliance.
  • Lead and develop staff, ensuring all mandatory training and appraisals are carried out in line with OHFT requirements.
  • Assist in the development of protocols, participant information sheets, consent forms, and other essential documents.
