Job Summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead the development and implementation of research strategies across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of research governance and regulations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement research strategies to support the delivery of high-quality research studies
  • Manage the research portfolio, including the development of research plans and budgets
  • Provide guidance and support to researchers on research governance and regulations
  • Coordinate the reporting of research activity and metrics to various committees and stakeholders
