B&M Retail is currently seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Specialist to join its fast-paced Profit Protection Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and investigating internal dishonesty within our stores.

This exciting opportunity requires someone with strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. If you have experience in retail or security, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting on the day-to-day activities of the Control Room to the Central Profit Protection Manager
  • Using IntelliQ Data Mining Platform to identify potential internal theft
  • Conducting investigations using CCTV systems and other evidence gathering methods
  • Providing support to Profit Protection Managers with queries and requests
  • Pipopulating spreadsheets for reports and analyzing productivity

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
