UK Business Development Manager

Guided Solutions, an award-winning leader in infection prevention, clinical waste management, and surgical solutions, is seeking an experienced UK Commercial Manager to join their infection prevention team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director and colleagues to manage pricing and contract activity within specific regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Commercial Director, Regional Manager, and Business Manager to develop and implement commercial strategies for the UK market.
  • Create and submit tenders and pricing proposals designed to meet sales targets and increase market share.
  • Work with the Commercial Director to formulate and adapt the commercial strategy to meet changing market demands.

Requirements:

  • Experience with NHS procurement and tenders process.
  • Ability to present to various audiences and handle objections.
  • Experience in negotiation for high-value complex contracts.
  • Understanding of profit and loss and its impact on performance.
  • Strong cross-functional work experience and understanding of the impact of decisions on other business segments.
  • A business degree or relevant business-related educational qualifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
