Job Description:

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions in Hamble. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and gain experience in office administration.

Duties include:

  • Providing administrative support
  • Managing a busy desk
  • Assisting with CV reviews
  • Communicating with clients and candidates

This position offers full training and the chance to work with some of the largest organisations in Europe. We are looking for a motivated individual who can cope with pressure and adapt to changing situations.

The successful candidate will have a mature personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and good organisational abilities. This role provides real career and salary progression opportunities. We estimate that the salary for this position is around £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role gives you the opportunity to work in the highly sought-after specialist IT recruitment industry. No previous IT experience is required other than knowing how to use basic programs such as Word and Outlook.
