About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing and Sales Administrator to join our team at Villa Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering licensing and sales activities, including managing stock levels, preparing reports and working closely with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administered licensing and sales activities, including managing stock levels and preparing reports.
  • Worked closely with the finance team, raising invoices and dealing with purchase order queries.
  • Provided administrative support to the licensing and sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our licensing and sales operations.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of administration skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly retail systems, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of producing reports focused on stock management and analysing retail sales data.
Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
