About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Regional Manager, KAM. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Key Account Managers in the Southern Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national strategies and local opportunities through your leadership abilities and expert insight of the cardiology environment.
  • Set standards and manage team administration, ensuring optimal resourcing and support from cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to inspire, coach, and develop your team, maximizing their potential through quality individual development plans and coaching visits.
  • Coach and motivate your team to lead with expertise in cardiovascular key account management, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Abide by the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice, maintaining high professional standards of conduct and a duty of care to the reputation of Novo Nordisk.
Requirements
  • A proven sales track record in a UK cardiovascular management position, with evidence of leading account plan development based on NHS insight.
  • Leadership experience with strong evidence of supporting and inspiring team and individuals to achieve results in a highly complex matrix environment.
  • The ability to successfully coach and develop Key Account Managers, identifying areas for specific development and guiding them on areas of growth.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading pharmaceutical product launches and service redesign, combined with a thorough understanding of the NHS market landscape, priorities, and infrastructures.
  • ABPI qualified and compliance-focused, with a background in science, business-related subjects, or equivalent.
  • A higher education degree or equivalent within Life Sciences, preferable.
