Job Description Overview

The Early Intervention Administrator role is a key position within the organisation, requiring an individual who can effectively support and lead the team in achieving positive impact through the volunteer programmes and church partner network.

As a strong and vibrant Christian, the post-holder will bring their faith to the work, collaborating with the team to develop and maintain the online platforms and processes surrounding the Early Intervention programme and our CRM system.

With a focus on relational, hard-working, pro-active and initiative-taking individuals, the role is central to ensuring key outcomes are achieved within stated deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead the team in achieving positive impact through the volunteer programmes and church partner network
  • Bring their faith to the work, collaborating with the team to develop and maintain the online platforms and processes surrounding the Early Intervention programme and our CRM system
  • Work with the team to ensure key outcomes are achieved within stated deadlines

Requirements:

  • Strong and vibrant Christian faith
  • Relational, hard-working, pro-active and initiative-taking individual
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
