Social Worker for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in supporting children and families with Child In Need (CIN) plans. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brief Intervention Team to ensure child safety and provide supportive services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face visits and virtual interventions to achieve safe closure or step-down of CIN cases.
- Work collaboratively with families to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Participate in weekly case reviews and contribute to the development of strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child protection principles, and experience working with vulnerable populations.
Requirements- DipSW or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration.
- Current DBS.
- Valid car driver's license.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a Kindle Fire, Amazon vouchers, and free online training access.
