Job Title: Customer Care Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Co-ordinator. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently high.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
