Job Description

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of our modelling team, leading large projects, and applying technical skills to devise compelling solutions to complex problems. You will build constructive relationships, leverage your managerial experience, and manage teams to provide high-quality modelling solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Contributing to the growth of the modelling team
  • Leading large projects to support clients in tackling business issues
  • Applying technical skills to devise compelling and well-thought-out solutions to complex problems
  • Building constructive working relationships to develop internal and external networks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a senior management position managing projects, clients, and senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills, experience in scoping, designing, and building financial models, and strong communication skills are also essential.

Advantageous Competencies

A recognised finance or accounting qualification, at least 7 years of experience in the Business Intelligence/Data Analytics space, university degree 2.1 or higher, consulting experience, data visualisation experience, and proficiency in Microsoft SQL and/or Python/R are advantageous but not essential.
