Financial Modeling Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead our financial modeling efforts at Alan Mitchell, a leading mid-market investment bank. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, as well as providing expert advice on financial matters related to mergers and acquisitions.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in M&A or Project Finance, or from a modeling team
  • Outstanding M&A skills developed in either a product or sector team
  • Proven deal execution experience with excellent client presentation skills
  • Excellent quantitative skills with highly developed financial modeling abilities
  • Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and high level of performance in demanding initiatives
  • Flexibility and strong teamwork skills

Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters related to mergers and acquisitions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and third-party advisors
  • Analyzing complex financial data to inform business decisions
