About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant, providing support and care to our residents on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to maintain their dignity and well-being.
  • Following care plans and providing support with daily living tasks, such as eating and drinking.

About You

  • You will have experience of caring for older adults, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • You will be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive hourly rate of £10.00-£12.00 per hour.
