We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to older adults, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team as a Bank employee.
About the TeamWe have a dedicated team of professionals working together to provide excellent care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist with the personal care needs of our residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- To provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping to maintain their dignity and well-being.
- To follow care plans and provide support with daily living tasks, such as eating and drinking.
About You
- You will have experience of caring for older adults, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- You will be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- You will be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

- A competitive hourly rate of £9.00-£11.00 per hour.
