Nighttime Care Lead

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our nighttime care team as a Senior Care Worker. In this role, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and Senior Care Officers to provide high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism during nighttime hours.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, supporting them to live independent lives. You will work closely with families and other care professionals to ensure seamless transitions and successful outcomes.
We require a candidate with previous experience working in a care or community setting, demonstrating a good awareness of fundamental care standards. A strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism during nighttime hours
- Liaise with families and other care professionals to ensure excellent outcomes for those we support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the needs of individuals
- Previous experience working in a care or community setting
- Good awareness of fundamental care standards
- Strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
