About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at MPowered Mortgages. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and launch of new product propositions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, including competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product strategies.
  • Provide daily and monthly management information insights to inform business decisions.
  • Research and identify opportunities for product development and improvement, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience working in a mortgage lender or related industry, with a proven track record in product management.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, with the ability to develop and deliver activities against a realistic plan.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of the residential, buy-to-let, and specialist markets, as well as the broker and intermediary lending channels.
