We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at MPowered Mortgages. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our mortgage products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, including competitor analysis and market trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead the development and launch of new mortgage products, including product design, pricing, and packaging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product development opportunities, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including lenders and intermediaries.
- Provide regular market insights and analysis to inform product development and business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- 3+ years of experience in a mortgage or financial services industry, with a focus on product development and management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing mortgage products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
