About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services in secure environments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new healthcare team from the inception of a brand new prison site, HMP Millsike, a Category B men's prison located in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to registered nurses and care teams
  • Work closely with partners to maintain a robust, high-quality clinical service for patients
  • Model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication, and competence
  • Lead a team of nurses to provide the best substance misuse care

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a current professional qualification (NMC)
