Senior IT Support Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support professional to join our team at our North Devon site. As the sole IT Support for the site, you will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations and production support for 250 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and support hardware and software for end-users.
  • Provide hardware support for PCs, OT Systems, Cobots, hand scanners, printers, switches, wireless access points, and virtual machines.
  • Follow ITSM processes and participate in troubleshooting and resolution of larger IT issues.
  • Liaise between IT and customers to drive IT standards.
  • Analyze complex data sets and present solutions to drive improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or qualified by experience of 3-5 years in the field.
  • Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills of wired and wireless networks and servers.
  • Experience supporting complex IT environments with various operating systems, desktop, network, phone, and mobile technology.
  • IT Service Management (ITIL) certification.
  • Understanding of production environments, including cobots, 3D printing, and machine monitoring.
